Blue Liposoluble Colour Powder 25g

This Yellow fat-soluble powder dye is suitable for mass coloring of fat-based products such as, cocoa butter, white chocolate, buttercream, almond paste, sugar paste, & parfaits. It can be used on the surface with a brush as is, diluted with alcohol or liquid shellac and then brushed directly onto the surface you wish to decorate. 

Directions for Use:
Powder is suitable to be dispersed in fat massess for the decoration of food, in particular confectionery, chocolate and fine bakery (pastries, cookies, and cakes). Directly add powder to the product to be coloured or apply with a brush to the surface to be decorated.

Storage:
Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperature exceeding (50c). Store in a cool and dry place.

Caution: Do Not Ingest Directly.
Use as directed. Food use only. The colour of the product may show slight variations due to the charateristics of the raw materials.
